The third day was really yucky and rainy.
We took pond samples and it rained all over our sketches.
Then when we finished and ate trail mix and did two short nature hikes since no one was back.
We played hide and seek in the woods and then finally ate lunch.
When everyone got back we packed the trailer, got on the bus and went back to school.
The third day was an example of regions, which is one of the five themes of geography!
There were many different regions of the lake where all the pond samples lived.
Some lived in the colder parts, some in logs.
The day was short but I really didn't want to leave it was so much fun
